Operational issues with LivePrep outside of class time. For in-class technical problems, see Technical issues during class.

Can't log in to LivePrep

  • Make sure you're using the same login method you used when you created your account (Google or Email). These are separate accounts — using the wrong one will look like a failed login.

  • If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" option on the login screen.

  • If neither works, contact hayley@zinkerz.com.

Schedule not showing correctly

  • Check your time zone in LivePrep (Profile → Change Time Zone). An incorrect time zone is the most common cause of schedule display issues.

  • If classes are missing or showing at wrong times after confirming your time zone, contact Support via WhatsApp: +1 (617) 855-1550.

Student spreadsheet not linked

  • If a student is just starting classes, their spreadsheet may not be linked immediately. It will be available by the day of the first class.

  • If the spreadsheet is missing after the first class has occurred, contact Support via WhatsApp.

Lesson notes won't submit

  • The Send lesson notes button stays grayed out until all required fields are filled in correctly. Check every field — missing or invalid entries (e.g., blank homework score when "Yes" is selected) will prevent submission.

  • If all fields look complete and the button is still grayed out, use Save in Draft and contact Support via WhatsApp immediately so you don't miss the 24-hour window.

Deadline reminder: Lesson notes must be submitted within 24 hours of the class. A $5 penalty applies if not submitted on time.

Attendance marked incorrectly and can't be changed

  • Attendance corrections must be made immediately after class. If the platform is not allowing you to make the correction, contact Support via WhatsApp as soon as possible — before submitting the lesson notes.

Calendar sync not updating

  • Subscription calendars (Google, Apple, Yahoo) have a limited auto-refresh rate. Last-minute schedule changes may take up to 24 hours to appear in your personal calendar.

  • Always use your LivePrep Calendar as the authoritative source for your schedule — never rely solely on the synced calendar.

Lesson Cancellation limit reached

  • If the platform won't let you remove a lesson because you've hit the cancellation limit, contact Support via WhatsApp: +1 (617) 855-1550. Do not leave the class on your schedule if you cannot attend.
