Edited

This guide covers how to use the AP Economics spreadsheet as a Lecturer or Recitation teacher.

If you are a Lecturer

TAB: Syllabus

For every class, type the date next to the lecture topic explored, link the slides, and add notes in Lecturer Notes for Recitation Teachers. For every section, link a video.

TAB: Lecture Participation

After every class, type a participation/effort score for each student on a scale of 1–5 (5 = highest), or type A for absent.

TAB: Problem Sets

Type the due date next to the problem set you wish to assign. If the Due Date column is not visible, click [−] above column B to collapse expanded columns.

TAB: Responses

Access student assignment submission responses as needed for in-class review.

If you are a Recitation teacher
